1.2. Buyer – an active natural or legal person who has registered and / or purchased goods at www.zavistore.com.
1.3. The Personal Data Processing Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) regulate the basic principles of the collection, processing and storage of personal data, on which the Data Controller is based when processing the Buyer’s personal data.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.4. The controller undertakes to sell the goods to natural persons who are at least 18 years old. If the Buyer is under the age of 18, the Buyer may only purchase with the consent of the parent or guardian.

If the Data Controller sees a threat to personal data, he or she shall have the right to ask for proof of identity that allows proper identification of the Buyer.
3.3. The Data Controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of every Buyer who places an order at www.zavistore.com. The Controller collects and uses Buyer’s personal data (name, address, telephone number, email address and other information specified in the online store order) to process orders for goods or services or to fulfill other contractual obligations. When placing an order, the Customer may express his / her consent / disagreement regarding the use of his / her personal data for direct marketing purposes. Personal data are processed in accordance with the 2016 Regulations. April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
IV. COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

V. REGISTRATION RULES
5.1. The buyer must provide complete, complete and correct information about himself in the registration form. If the Buyer has provided inaccurate, false or misleading data in the registration form, the Data Controller shall have the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data or restrict the Buyer’s access to the e-shop.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to change and / or update the information provided in the registration form at any time.
VI. CHANGE OF RULES
6.1. The Data Controller has the right to amend the Rules, in whole or in part, by giving notice thereof at www.zavistore.com.
6.2. Additions or changes to the Rules shall take effect from the date of their publication, y. from the day they appear on the online store www.zavistore.com.
6.3. If the Purchaser does not agree with the new version of the Rules, he / she has the right to withdraw it in writing by notifying the Data Controller by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
6.4. If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the Online Store after the addition or modification of the Rules, the Buyer shall be deemed to have agreed to the new version of the Rules.
